Swift reportedly signed an Eras Tour book for the child.

Afterward, fans discovered the family’s fundraiser and donated significant amounts of money.

That story may help explain why similar social-media posts involving Kelce and a child with a brain tumor can appear convincing.

But there is no evidence in those reports that Travis Kelce secretly paid for Aaliyah’s surgery.

That’s an important distinction.

Kelce’s reputation for philanthropy is real.

His charitable work with Swift is documented.
